At the beginning of the 90s, Zecchetti developed its first machine for the Hollow Glass Industry, a column type palletizer for empty bottles.

Such a machine brought innovation to the sector since most of the employed machines at the time were pantograph or gantry type palletizers.

The columnar machine, more versatile in terms of set-up possibilities and with a considerably higher speed, was introduced for the first time by one of the most important European glass factories, which entrusted Zecchetti to produce three more column type palletizers. Those 3 columnar machines are still working in perfect conditions, after 25 years of uninterrupted work around the clock.

There are, of course, other machines completing the Zecchetti range of products such as the universal palletizer, the robot, and all of the other equipment and groups normally included in an empty bottle conveying/palletizing line.

The ability to supply complete cold-end lines, from the lehr discharge up to the finished pallet warehousing, extensive experience in the sector, and cooperation with the biggest glass factories worldwide has placed Zecchetti among the lead manufacturers vying in the glass arena.
