Customer Assistance
One of the goals Zecchetti has achieved in the last few years has been the reorganization of its After-Sales Service. This service plays a vital role in the integration between customer and client, and as such Zecchetti pays particular attention to its efficiency.
Zecchetti has invested significant resources in the vocational training of new personnel and/or in the qualification of the existing personnel.
The After-Sales Service accounts now more than 50 individuals, including both Mechanical and Electrical Engineers speaking several languages and travelling all around the world to assist customers. This active and immediate, broad spectrum response worldwide is critical when remote problem solving falls short of success.
The primary North American Assistance Service is located in Safety Harbor, Florida at Zecchetti USA. A second team of Engineers are available therein and may operate either in cooperation with Zeccehtti Italy or independentely thanks to the constant connection with the Headquarter databases.
