Maintenance and Upgrades

The technological development of the lines supplied by Zecchetti is constant and progressive. For this reason, at any time, it is possible to get information about the possible available improvements developed.

The life of a Zecchetti line is substantail. Therefore, besides carrying out simple, periodic maintenance (described in detail in the documentation supplied together with the machines), it is also highly recommended to perform a full system diagnostic on occasion. Often, with very little expense, it is possible to restore the initial optimum working conditions or even to increase the performance and efficiency of a Zecchetti machine.

Zecchetti places their experienced Technical Staff at Customers’ disposal to check the line and in certain cases propose:

* replacement of parts to renovate the system;
* retro-fit a new concept to update the system;
* upgrade the system with groups to increase the system performance;

On request, Zecchetti After Sales Service organizes “inspection visits” to collect all the necessary information about the system status. Upon completion, the departments organize a proposal to be discussed with the Customer along with scheduling guidelines and timetables for the maintenance or upgrade specified.
